Case Study : UI UX | IPO? Merger? Tokopedia and Gojek?
There are many issues regarding tokopedia and gojek mergers, but the news is still very confusing because there are many news stories written with both possibilities, namely; already merged and canceled the merger.
This news has appeared since 2019 and has returned to the 2021 public at this time, there are many assumptions or opinions from all the public that provide reality without clear and accurate facts. make a lot of people who do not understand and make decisions from their personal.
But from all the news, I got good news from Tokedia and Gojek that have merged and IPO (Initial Public Offering). The first unicorn in Indonesia to IPO?
and has also been ranked 3rd in the Indonesian capital market with 5 trillion, including the largest cap market after BBCA and BBRI. The share distribution is also attractive with Gojek 60% and Tokopedia 40%
And I am blessed that if the news really happens, will there be new features released by the two digital techs to achieve their goals? we don’t know because it will be the secret of the company to keep going with the great ideas from them that always amaze us with all the ideas, processes and results.
I made a UI UX design to realize my thoughts about the two giant e-commerce in Indonesia if they really have merged and if they make something interesting on every app they have, and I try to make a call-to-action in both of their apps. by including their great features in each app, but still not losing their authenticity of the app
Entering my personal assumptions in making this UI UX, so this is just an ordinary design without any recommendations or info from both e-commerce or what is commonly called design exploration,
Yes, it is the result of my head if Tokopedia and Gojek are right to merge then create mutual collaboration apps by entering their features into each other’s apps, and hope that their goals can continue to be obtained. Very efficient in the time of use. And can provide mutual interaction to continue increasing traffic.
The possibility of an IPO is very good because starting in 2020 since the pandemic, many millennials have entered the stock market and a lot of education has been provided by professional investors.
So, UI UX is the result of my exploration design without offending or giving false news or hoaxes.
